Includes identifying issues with data shared between software. • Generate reports and dashboards for service providers and department stakeholders. Generated queries to support budget analysis and space utilization rate from various departments and venues using Excel. • Produce visualizations to share data findings and assist decision makers on plan of action. Director of Marketing – Project Manager (Part Time)

Royalty & respect is a provider of artist-focused music production and marketing services. In this role, I perform broad scope of strategic marketing and branding activities, driving artist and firm brand awareness via leadership in digital marketing planning, creative asset development, marketing activations, and other activities. Key achievements: ►Integrating CRM (Hubspot) with Project Management suite (Monday.com). Includes connecting several API between different SaaS to optimize the sales pipeline. ►Leading change management toward a “digital-first data driven” brand ecosystem. I redesigned and rebuilt the corporate website with integrated SEO, SEM, and Analytics with improved content navigation and e-commerce functionality. ►Architecting digital marketing strategies that increased client lead generation by 400%. I reinvented the customer journey via a HubSpot CRM integration, Facebook and Google campaigns, and funnel optimization. ►Directing a marketing engagement with City of Miami Gardens. Agency side: I performed the strategic planning, ongoing account management, service delivery, and execution of digital campaigns. Campaigns included several A/B testing and review phases to maximize ROI on campaigns. Use data to communicate opportunities for growth for stake holders/clients and to report on ROI for clients.

The University of Miami Frost School of Music is a nationally ranked music school. I was promoted through successive events leadership roles, staging more than 30+ highly polished concerts, festivals, galas, and other events annually across the region. I lead the full scope of events conceptualization and design, budgeting, theme, creative, venue selection, catering, artist relations, vendor and talent contract negotiation, logistics, travel, staffing, and production/run-of- show, and manage a staff of three employees. Key achievements: ►Having my role expanded in 2021 to assume ownership of strategic planning, a $200K+ budget, risk management, contracts, and performance management. ►Liaised across university leadership and entertainment industry to ideate, plan, market, and execute our flagship Signature Series concerts featuring Grammy, Emmy, and Tony-nominated guest artists and alumni. ►Strengthening program ROI by sourcing grant funding and corporate sponsorships from Canon, Bacardi, Publix, and other partners. ►Championing the negotiation and fulfillment of more than 25 complex, cost- effective contracts with artists and management agencies. ►Building a high-performing events teams of university staff, vendors, and contractors, using a disciplined approach to align around the vision, assign duties, and ensure the successful delivery of the creative, service, and guest vision. ►Extending the program's reach and community affinity via the executive production of the Frost Sessions, the school’s official podcast. ►Some of my notable events include the Frost Music Fest 2021, a large-scale concert event with a $300K budget and 15 artists performing on two stages over five hour; a concert featuring CNCO, Frost’s highest-grossing concert to date; the Winter Wonderful Holiday Gala, an annual holiday dinner party and concert with 350+ attendees; and a partnership between EDM artist GriZ and the Frost Band of the Hour for the 2019 Ultra Music Festival.
