Maintain the whole billing system. Monitor accounts daily. Maintain precise records of all incoming payments. Verifying details of transactions, including funds received and total account balances. Ensuring cash, wires, credit cards, and VAT was applied correctly. Process payments and refunds. Following up on cash collection, and allocation of payments, through collected cheques and transfers, and e-payments. Process and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. Resolve billing issues & customer credit issues. Verified accuracy and completeness of financial information reports. Conducted revenue and expense transaction research. Preparing a monthly report of sales. Identify outstanding account receivables. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress. Report on the collection activity and accounts receivable status. Support Other accounting areas. Update Advance receipt files & communicate the daily receipts to the stakeholders. Cash application in the books. Additional support during audits. AR Ageing reporting and Analysis Participate in other Reporting activities.
