Independent Contractor

Undertaking private contracts to design collateral for clients, applying research driven analysis to increase effectiveness. Provided PowerBi support, troubleshooting DAX, visual and load performance enhancements for dataset with 2M records. Developed Excel dashboard to report financial well-being and delinquency on 30 accounts, improving screening by 95%. Providing administrative support for 3 educators, designing instructional materials and visuals to support 75 students. Designed a Qualtrics longitudinal adherence study screener validating 150 candidates. A study max of 20 advanced.

Led 5 groups adult learners (~60 individuals) from underserved communities in skills training program, presenting strategies for increasing competency, resulting in an average score of 83%. Analyzed student data in Excel to identify learning gaps before advising on matriculation or remedial plans. Produced unique instructional worksheets, illustrations, interactive practice exams, and videos tutorials to supplement course content, resulting in improved student engagement and 100% pass rate for students who completed course.
