responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance user engagement and drive sales through personalized marketing initiatives. -RFM Analysis: Conduct RFM analysis to segment users based on their value and tailor personalized marketing campaigns. Target high-value customers effectively, increasing their engagement and lifetime value. -Potential Buyer Project: Collaborated with the business analytics team to identify characteristics of potential buyers through models analyzing user behavior (e.g., browsing patterns). Provided incentives to users with purchase probabilities within a certain range, tailored based on different price sensitivities. This project resulted in a 10+% increase in conversion rates for the experimental group compared to the control group. -Callback for Lost Users: Monitored user activity and browsing patterns to identify inactive users. Implemented incentive-based strategies to re- engage these users, achieving a reactivation rate exceeding 1% compared to the control group. For users who did not respond after multiple callback attempts, we found that increasing the level of incentives also helped improve reactivation rates. -New User Campaign: Plan and execute registration and first purchase campaigns, including welcome gifts and first purchase discounts, to boost new user registrations and conversion rates. Successfully achieved over 5,000 new registrations and a first purchase rate exceeding 75% on our 24 Member Day.

Cross Border Business Analyst

Sales Analysis: Tracked key indices, including Sales (ADO/GMV) and Traffic (View/Impression/Click). Identified trendy products within categories and analyze business data to identify opportunities and deliver insights and strategic recommendations. Set monthly goals (overall/category/shop) to maintain overall order growth momentum and forecasted orders based on historical data. Consumer Survey: Participated in designing a consumer research study based on the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) framework to assess Shopee users' awareness of cross-border shopping. Identified reasons for choosing or not choosing cross-border shopping, and compiled these findings into a comprehensive report. Seller Business Research: Conducted research exploring the declining sales of cross-border phone case sellers. Highlighted cost and pricing problems and discovered that branded cases performed significantly better than generic ones during new iPhone releases. This insight led to growth strategies and initiatives for cross-border phone case sales.

-Store Operations: Visualized customer profiles and trading data for stores to support key decisions, conduct business area analysis. Evaluated cities suitable for prioritizing the development of different types of brand stores based on market surveys. -Retail Sales Plan: Successfully increased the iPhone insurance sales rate in retail stores from 50% to 60%, and raised the proportion of users prepaying for two years of insurance from 7% to 20%.
