Through my full-time position at the RCA as an Estates Administrator I have become versed with administration within a Higher Education Facilities Management environment, and I have gained an insight into facilities helpdesk operation.

I was the Project Administrator for UCL Translational Research Office's Business & Innovation Group. This was a full-time administration position which gave me the opportunity to not only build upon my existing administration skills but also further develop my skills in project management and data analysis.

In 2016 I was promoted to the position of Administrative/Technical Assistant to cover the new duties that I was undertaking. This was a more technical role in which I was involved in not only the administration of the WGTU but also the housekeeping and maintenance of the production unit.
