Retail Operations & Training Specialist

- New Program Rollout: Developing and testing new retail focused programs for Moosejaw. Also educates and trains shops on how to use the new programs. Examples include the Gear Wizard program, a new retail POS system, BOPIS functionality and more. - Assisting Shops with Day to Day Issues: Helping the stores with Invoicing, Inventory Management & other in-the-moment issues. - Training: Coaching the new managers & staff to become the future leaders of the business. - Data Analysis: Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly reports that look into the performance and accountability of the shops and Gear Wizard program.
