Researched standard best practices, technological system capabilities to achieve a roughly 30% reduction in accounting complexity and closing activity time • Financial Data: Resolved a finance data issue caused by errors in a new SAP implementation. Resolved the existing issues by performing a data analysis on over 30 million documents to identify duplicate ledger entries. Strategic Planning and Operations Management

• Awarded Combat Action badge and Purple Heart for leading an evacuation of surviving team members across several kilometers of rough terrain after sustaining blast injuries. •Selected to serve on an advisory unit (Security Force Advisory Team) under the command of an experienced special forces officer, working with an approximately 200 person Afghan Police Force responsible for a district in the Kandahar Valley region. Supported organizational development office by leading convoy operations, managing defensive infrastructure construction, and supporting team intelligence functions. • Modeled the impacts of operational networks, individual and organizational influence, intelligence reports, and socio-economic influencers on the Afghan Police Mission utilizing proprietary classified intelligence reporting and analysis systems. In this role, served as the primary decision support analyst to commanders of front-line Army combat units. • Proposed and managed a comprehensive infrastructure improvement program for an Afghan Police unit with over 200 personnel and five substations. Created checkpoint standards (adapted by teams throughout the region) and utilized standards to create designs for five self-sustaining security outposts along the main highway in the region. Obtained contract management certifications for self and team members, prepared design proposals, coordinated with NATO/US officials, and local Afghan officials to obtain resources and approvals. •Saved 400,000 in inventory reduction and $20,000 in annual operations costs by consolidating three storage facilities into one warehouse and creating an Excel based inventory storage and tracking system.
