My purpose in Albemarle was to support the multiple initiatives of the HR Transformation Project, which seeks to standardize processes, promote the use of technology, and empower employees via self-service. • Converted data from the legacy compensation system to the new global management platform, using SQL code, for testing the migration of systems • Design and implementation of data capture systems to ensure quality of employee data • Data collection of the internal structure of shifts and employee categories, as well as the Chilean legal regulations, to define variables and logical rules, which would determine the eligibility of leave and special days off, according to the self-management project of the HR platform • Definition, survey and monitoring of the main HR KPIs in the company • Development of an integrated HR database to support multiple business units and company systems
