Online Marketing Lead

My primary responsibility in this role is to lead a team of channel specialists and interns to execute all of the marketing initiatives. Some of the key highlights include: - Assisted in the migration to a new email marketing/CRM platform to help give us more control over our marketing operations. - Took one of the lead roles in a Google Analytics 4 migration project. - Initiated a project to simplify reporting and performance monitoring to help the team save 15+ hours in reporting time per month. - Helped scale SEO content efforts across 14 websites, which resulted in a significant increase in organic search traffic. Some of our major brands saw year-on-year organic growth of up to 180%. - Worked with an external ads specialist to improve the performance of our SEA campaigns, which resulted in a considerably better CPA.
