• Led 6 projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. • Solved conflicts and disagreements between the client's team and the development team. • Trained new team members in Agile methodologies and the ideal mindset for approaching the project. • Led the gap analysis and developed a WBS for implementation. • Mediated in conflicts and turned them into case studies to train Project Managers. Achievements: • Solved conflicts in which the client wanted to cancel the implementation, successfully delivering a valuable product without altering the schedule, and reverting the situation into a successful implementation. • Diffused tensions during implementation and mediated with the client to narrow the scope based on their urgent needs (10% of the requirements reduced). • Took over projects from other PMs facing conflicts and successfully turned the situation around.
