Advertising Operations Assistant

During my secondment as Ad Ops Assistant at Dods Group, I managed campaign creation and reporting in the Google ecosystem. On a daily basis, I communicated with the sales team to understand campaign requirements, then set up and launched new ads in Google Ad Manager. Throughout and after campaigns, I leveraged Google Analytics to report on performance, creating visual reports in Data Studio to showcase insights. This role allowed me to gain valuable hands-on experience with campaign management, reporting, and data visualisation using Google's advertising and analytics tools.

Digital Marketing Assistant

My role at GetPop is varied from web design, managing social media and running Google Ad campaigns. We run advertising campaigns for clients using Google, Facebook, and Snapchat. I also run their Social Media accounts from regular posting to creating Media plans. I use website building tools to design, create eCommerce sites, Marketing tools and everyday Importing and exporting of .csv files. I have worked with a variety of clients where I created and delivered Facebook Ads and managed the ad performance analytics. I set up and ran Google Ads accounts and recorded the analytics results in Google Sheets. I have also built and edited websites and web pages. Using tools such as: Website design tools such as Wix and Squarespace. Google packages including Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Google Ad Manager etc. Graphic design tools Canva and Photopea. Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat). Social Media Scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite. I was on secondment to a client in London as their Ad Ops Assistant. I was responsible for checking availability forecasts and setting up new advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager. I was also responsible for creating visual reports in Google Data Studio. Day-to-day tasks would include: Communicating with the sales team via email. Creating new campaigns in Google Ad Manager. Using Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics to report on campaign performances. Using Google Data Studio to create visual reports.
