Scientific Research | Data Scientist

• Designed, led, and conducted a project at Universidad de Buenos Aires to assess structural neuroplasticity induced by motor learning by using multimodal MRI. • Managed and executed an advanced MRI experiment at Harvard University to explore learning’s impact on brain microstructure with high-resolution techniques. • Developed and implemented MRI preprocessing pipelines to enhance data quality, applied advanced mathematical models to extract relevant features, and conducted statistical analyses to evaluate learning-related brain plasticity. • Collected and analyzed behavioral data from motor learning tasks (e.g., computer games using a joystick). • Presented findings at international conferences and published in high-impact journals. • Co-supervised and reviewed Biomedical Engineering theses and mentored junior Ph.D. students.

• Conducted a project to determine mammograms’ validity by detecting the breast tissue density. • Implemented image processing pipelines to extract features and applied Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to optimize computational performance. • Trained machine learning techniques including SVM, k-NN and Random Forest, to determine the optimal model.
