Data Processing Analyst

● Troubleshoot data problems by identifying database and/or internal system glitches. ● Utilize Monday.com as a project management tool to oversee project phases for special racing events. ● Ensure the continued satisfaction and retention of existing customers, tote companies, online wagering departments and other data staff, through knowledgeable support of all processes. ● Provide timely and accurate customer financial reports to all of California horse racing tracks and CA ADW stakeholders, update and publish new reports upon request. ● Working with developers to test and improve tools used to process data by creating/following BRDs. ● Write scripts and queries in SQL to ensure accuracy of distributions when the California host changes.
