Senior Reporting Specialist

As a reporting specialist, along with colleagues within F&C, I am the linking pin between the financial administrations and the control function, and I am responsible for the reliability of the financial administrations and the reports derived from them. I am responsible for building and adjusting reports that enable financial control to fulfil its second line duties & responsibilities. Tasks and responsibilities: • Setting up a reporting model that combines realization, budget, and forecast at the decentralized level (region/department) including the associated KPIs/metrics for management purposes. • Extracting data from SAP using queries in SAP BW. • Creating information products in Power BI. • Analysing and modelling large amounts of structured and unstructured data using Star Schemas. • Participation in working groups related to the development of reports and other relevant activities. • Providing reliable financial accountability information for the preparation of quantitative/qualitative analyses and identifying deviations for Business Controllers, Concern Control, and other stakeholders. • Acting as a linking pin between Financial Administration and Business Control when necessary. Contributing to internal controls and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports, reporting on deviations from guidelines, laws, and regulations.
