• Oversaw and managed data from seven Southeast Asian countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Pakistan), handling multiple formats from local distributors to ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection. • Assisted the sales team by updating data templates for reporting purposes, ensuring they had access to the most relevant and timely information. • Analyzed sales data for key products, including insulin syringes, pen needles, alcohol swabs, and BD sharps containers. Focused on key metrics such as in- market sales volume, sales revenue, and quantity sold based on SKU codes. • Provided critical data allocations for monthly business reviews, supporting business leaders in making informed decisions and strategizing for future growth. Achievements: •Developed comprehensive report templates in Excel for all Southeast Asian countries. These templates integrated historical and daily data that refreshed automatically, resulting in a 30% reduction in reporting time for the sales team. The reports included an active customer list detailing channel, sub-channel, and product specialist assignments for both new and existing customers. • Constructed a "Key Program Tracker" dashboard in Excel consolidating data from country business leaders. • Participated in the Persatuan Insurans AM (PIAM) GIIFT Program by attending the induction course which consisted of team building activities that made us more confident in developing and maintaining effective working relationships. • Assisted with the preparation and frequent monitoring of account reviews. Computed and managed month-end closing processes and the verification of journal entries together with basic summary computation for all respective additions made during the month under the Fixed Asset Register Summary. • Checking the monthly depreciation charge for assets, to make sure the depreciation charge is computed correctly for the year for existing assets. • Prepared PowerPoint slides that were professional and presentable on capital expenditure with enhanced checking on calculated values to ensure the precision matched the outcome of the respective capital expenditure under the assets such as office equipment, office renovation and air conditioner. • Computation of total motor, fire, liabilities and medical expenses with intermediate knowledge of finance and accounting processes with respect to regions in Malaysia for the preparation of monthly reports. • Preparation of the Manual Trial Balance (MTB) Summary by constantly checking back on the register under branches and headquarters with the aim to achieve a small difference between the closing balance and the actual MTB value. • Generated a list of ledger reports using their very own software to generate payments and journal enquiries with examination of the depreciation value for branch and amending the assets that overly depreciate.
