Online Shop Manager

As an Online Shop Manager for a multi-vendor e-commerce platform similar to Amazon, I was responsible for creating and managing online shops for various vendors. My role involved providing customer care to both vendors and their customers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that arose. I focused on assisting vendors with setting up their shops and managing customer relations to enhance their experience. Through this role, I developed strong skills in public dealing, managing customer and vendor relationships, and driving sales. My employment spanned approximately one year, after which I took a 4-5 month break and continued in the role until September 2023.
