Senior Data Officer (Fundraising Operations)

• Key contributor to a data migration project for the entire database at Bliss • Supporting in planning, selecting and importing and sorting data from one CRM to another • Guiding all teams in transitioning, training needs and putting together new processes and reporting • Responsible for creating, updating and implementing the data plan throughout Bliss • Liaising with the other teams on scheduling and deadlines of projects, and in relation to the existing BAU list of the data team; • Responsible for overseeing and managing all imports into Raiser’s Edge, including income data and supporter data • Responsible for the creation for all the mapping templates necessary for the teams to use in their importing processes • Ensuring that all donation and fundraising data is allocated to the correct activities and the correct supporter records • Training new or existing staff members to use the CRM and follow processes • Providing and updating necessary documentation for CRM processes for all teams, ensuring teams follow organisational procedures • Overseeing regular data integrity checks and liaising with relevant teams to ensure any errors or process faults are corrected in a timely manner • Liaising with the Fundraising Director and Fundraising Managers to create bespoke reporting based on fundraising and income data • Line managing the Supporter Care assistant and the Data Officer • Work with fundraising teams to ensure all supporter care and operational processes are as efficient as possible

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth organization. This project focused on non-formal education for high school students delivered by international volunteer trainers. The role was wide ranging, as I was responsible for delivering a programme across 9 schools, supporting 80 students and manage my team of volunteers Achievements and responsibilities: • Responsible for the successful implementation of project activities and achieving planned results of the project • Supervision of the project and the organizing team • Organising various meetings and events of the project • Selection of the team members, ensuring their proper preparation and monitoring their work • Participating in the selection of the trainers for the project and monitor their activities • Responsible for budget management of the project and finalizing reports for all parties involved • Other tasks included marketing support, making presentations to the schools
