Created and designed website mock-ups of a product through basic flowcharts. Maintained and created databases. Location: Manila, Philippines | Bangkok, Thailand Involved in a major telecommunications project that covers the systems development lifecycle through ODI ETL development and implementation. Includes gathering necessary information and documents from team and client discussions to support the development, testing, and implementation of the ETL processes. Read and translated data maps (LDM and PDM) into ETL processes. Staging and profiling data for ETL development with their respective business rules and computations, validated the ETL jobs through unit testing, assisted in SIT and UAT phases by investigating and providing a fix to issues that were encountered, and supported the implementation and warranty period. Provided timeline estimation for the development and testing phase and ensured timely escalations of possible risks and other concerns. Peer-reviewed other ETL jobs to ensure the deployed processes will have no or minimal issues. Catered to client's change requests, ad-hoc modification of ETL processes, close discussion with work updates, and knowledge transfer. Involved in UNIX scripting for pre-processing of data to tier 1, and assisted in the creation of audit document. Created and maintained documentation such as but not limited to: Status reports, Development control forms, Unit test control and unit test results forms, Operations manual, and Deployment checklists.
