Leading the development of a scalable Lakehouse Platform using the Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) on Databricks to modernize analytics for statewide transportation services: • Bronze Layer: Ingested and structured raw operational data for downstream use. • Silver Layer: Applied Data Vault modeling (Hubs, Links, Satellites) to ensure traceability and adaptability, with Azure OpenAI automating metadata generation. • Gold Layer: Built intuitive Star and Snowflake schemas powering executive dashboards and self-service analytics. Integrated Databricks Asset Bundles and Terraform-based CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments across environments. Scrum Master - Product Data Science

Stepping into SNAP ONE's (subsidiary of Resideo) data-centric ecosystem has been a phenomenal journey where I've worn many hats. My core mission has always revolved around leveraging data to drive actionable results, an ethos that's helped increase our EBITA by an astonishing 50% (~$50m). Harnessing tools like Databricks and PowerBI, I've shaped data narratives from the ground up, right from Product Managers to our Board of Directors, becoming a beacon of thought leadership for our OvrC Product Analytics. I’ve passionately tackled the challenge of guiding remote teams through the complexities of data science. As the Scrum Master for two geographically dispersed US/EU-based Data Science Teams, my focus has been to mold our software development practices to cater to every team member, no matter where they are. Our workstreams span across multiple avenues, but with consistent streamlining, fostering collaboration through data summits, and diligently practicing Agile ceremonies, we've achieved alignment and purpose. A point of pride for me is our ad hoc data requests' Kanban board, a tool that's become instrumental in providing actionable insights.

Presented findings from lighting surveys and ROI analysis done on a 5,000+ square foot product warehouse to produce a LED lighting upgrade project; upon implementation it would improve the safety of the machine operators, and break even in savings within 5 years of installation. Interviewed Subject Matter Experts to create an emergency rail car offloading procedure to properly handle a deadly feed-stock chemical in the case that the primary pipeline were disrupted.
