BI reporting activities (using Qlik, PowerBi, Tabular and NPrinting) like: • Interface with CC’s business representatives to validate business requirements/requests for reporting solutions • Identify appropriate metrics and determine appropriate business requirements. Understand CC business processes as well as data registration. Translate CC's business requirements into various documentation (specification) deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, workflow/process diagrams • Build (complex) reporting solutions to meet business needs. Consults with other analysts, as well as other external/technology partners • Analyse questions and issues regarding data & reports and implement future preventive actions • Documents design and requirements for reporting solutions Info delivery activities like: • Design, set up, update & maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, data cubes, databases and portals • Determine best methods in order to gather data and present complex information • Facilitate the creation of training materials and training modules for users of BI information • Responsibility of standardising and “minimising” reporting, as to ensure “single source of truth” and “single version of truth”
