- Held accountability for daily running of the channel by delivering innovative content - Accountable for the training and direct management for a team of Creators, maximised productivity through ongoing performance monitoring and review - Continual analysis YouTube analytics and other data sources; provided regular updates on channel activity to contribute actionable insights and strategies for growth which led to tripling the channel’s watch time to over 5 million per day, ultimately helping to grow the channel from a quarter of a million subscribers to just 4 million subscribers in less than three years - Demonstrated excellent influential skills by representing the company in contractual and commercial negotiations with licence holders, brands, labels and companies including major music publishers, YouTube, Networks and many independent companies and creators - Identified and sourced new studios to provide improved Karaoke backing tracks for the channel, substantially increasing the quality of content - Collaborated with creators and other third parties to deliver on-brand content collaborations which supported the growth of the channel - Enhanced company awareness by attending Sing King at industry events, enhanced revenue by developing networks and financial investments Key Achievements: - Grew the channel from 150,000 at beginning of tenure to 4.5Million subscribers in three years, this led to the company being ranked in the top 800 channels on the entire YouTube site, number one channel for karaoke on the site, and the first fully music licensed karaoke channel on the site.
