of Decision-Making Tool(s) for Project Evaluation and Selection of New Product Portfolio Management”, analyzed and studied the Project Evaluation and Selection New Products through Case-let and other Descriptive Statistic Techniques. The study proposed a multi criteria model by appropriately integrating Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Further, an algorithm (discrete and combinatorial optimization) for formulation of new product portfolio is developed and accordingly proposed a framework for implementation of the developed integrated DEA-BSC model. To test the workability and reliability of the proposed model, Computational Experiments in LINGO and Sensitivity Analysis is carried out respectively. This developed integrated DEA-BSC model and algorithm assist decision maker, to select the right set of projects for new product portfolio with higher development potential, profitability and minimize the associated risk.
