- Contribute to development of the electronic tools for data recording, reporting and generating data overviews for the operational purposes based mainly on Sharepoint, Power BI and SQL. - Support in maintenance and fixing the technical issues in the above- mentioned electronic tools following the requests of the end users. - Contribute to upgrade of the above-mentioned electronic tools in agile process following the needs of the end users - Deal with access management to the electronic tools applied. - Create and maintain documentation for the electronic solutions and respective procedures, including user manuals, tutorials and technical specifications. - Provide the on-the-job training of the users as regards electronic tools. - To be involved in testing of the new modules introduced as part of the electronic tools development. - To take part in the regular meetings related to IT projects. - Prepare the meetings outcomes, data overviews, reports, input to documents as part of the described daily duties.
