Data Analyst, Leesman － London • Developing bespoke Tableau dashboards and standardised data uploads, enhancing reporting efficiency – Current project is to create fully automated Tableau reports to minimise our operational debt. • Spearheading the creation of infographics for our continuous ‘The Hybrid Future’ campaign on post-covid working behaviour. • Revamped report designs, maintaining up-to-date templates and Excel files to facilitate semi-automated reporting for the team. • Go-to for data visualisations, bespoke reporting, and regional/industry benchmarking. • Assisting the tech team with issues in database/exports, querying in Snowflake and identifying errors. • Quality checking of colleague reporting and visualisations. • Plan reporting with account managers, mostly for larger clients with specialised requirements. • Tableau license management for internal and external users. • Leading report error investigations via JIRA.
