I was also involved as a key user to process high volume requests, which involved data base management, processing and reporting.

Over the time I also got involved with the development of new products which included managing the whole process and coordinating different areas of the company until the product was ready to go live into the market. My final year on this position shifted to focus on running various analysis in relation to the portfolio's profitability, customer trends, industry trends, competitors financial results, and others.
