Head of Well planning and Drilling support center

-6-12% well cost reduction, 5-7% oil production increase through improving well planning and remote drilling control process including geological modelling, reservoir engineering, oil reserves estimating, drill planning and geosteering. -Launched 2 international projects in 2023 (in Serbia, India) providing services in well planning and drilling support -5% increase of oil reserves by discovering new oil saturated formation through integrating new well data into the geological model. Added more than 34 wells to a drilling queue -7% NPV increasing by prioritising drilling sequence of well clusters -x5 reducing calculation time by automising and merging (VBA macros) drilling schedule process and financial model
