Billing Activation Lead (Data Analyst)

Key Responsibilities: - Subject Matter Expert in the billing area for enterprise customers’ products, including training and supporting the wider billing team - Providing virtual management, support, and continuous training to our partner colleagues (~30 members based in India) - Analyzing and assessing the team’s performance and helping in driving delivery against our OKRs ensuring accurate invoicing, reductions in credits and suspense volumes as well as maximizing revenues - Understanding the product requirements and maintaining continuous root cause analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements in the process enabling a smoother order to bill process, driving and implementing improvements to the process, and invoice integrity - Working with auditors to ensure that our processes are compliant to all the legal requirements

Nov 2019 - Mar 2020 First line tech advisor, for business broadband, mainly sorting business customers' queries regarding their broadbands and landlines, going through trouble shooting steps before raising it to second line tech team who might have to appoint an engineer visit to the premise.
