We’ve been providing independent data insight to the UK hospitality sector since 2017 with unparalleled tracking of markets, individual operators, individual sites, customer behaviour and product price and performance. In this role, I actively help HDI's clients with specific analytic pieces around sales performance, investment returns, demographics penetration, market analysis, pricing elasticity and promotional responsiveness. I manage the larger account at the company, and I have contributed increasing the revenue from it by 16% YoY.
