Consulting for K-12 education clients (school districts, state departments of education, independent and charter schools), as well as experience working with higher education institutions. Utilizing data-driven insights to help school districts of all sizes develop their programs, allocate resources, and implement best practices to optimize student outcomes. Program Support Consultant Intern

Intern for Community Resource Exchange (CRE), a consulting firm geared to New York City's nonprofits that serve local underprivileged communities. Main projects included helping revamp CRE's evaluation system, improve client-consultant relationships, workplace culture change, and creating new case study format and content. Much of that work concentrated on research regarding areas that needed restructuring, speaking with and interviewing employees in order to get a better understanding of current practices and norms, and finally writing out proposals and recommendations for future strategies. Other work included contributing to social media outlets by gathering content and generating posts, creating content for CRE's Fall newsletter, and basic data entry and analysis.

Regional Fellow

Part of the Campaign's Fellowship Program. Actions ranged from basic volunteer tasks like phone calls and door-to-door canvassing to more advanced tasks such as voter data analysis, volunteer training, managing local social media presence, and organizing 'Get Out the Vote' events.
