FDA | Oct 2009 - Present

Management Analyst (Data Analyst)

Human Foods Program (2020–Present): As a Management Analyst (Data Analyst), designed and scaled SQL and Power BI pipelines, automated workforce data reporting, and deployed data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to drive data-informed HR operations. Led cross-functional data integration strategies, automated onboarding workflows using UiPath and Power Automate, and built executive dashboards to align HR analytics with organizational goals. Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (2018–2020): Focused on workforce development and analytics, leading hiring analytics for 238+ FTEs. Created custom HR reports using Excel and Oracle HRIS to support strategic staffing, performance modeling, and organizational design. Championed adoption of transparent, business-aligned analytics reporting to enhance stakeholder buy-in. Office of the Chief Counsel (2012–2018): As a Program Support Specialist, built workforce reports and streamlined HRIS workflows to improve HR operational efficiency. Acted as a liaison between HR and executive leadership, providing data-driven insights for recruitment, classification, and organizational design. Managed vendor contracts as a COR Level I and supported HR data modernization efforts. Office of the Chief Counsel (2009–2012): Served as a Legal Assistant, supporting litigation teams through legal research, case tracking, and onboarding coordination. Oversaw agency travel compliance and contributed to organizational readiness initiatives.
