Head of Finance and Administration

As head of the finance and administration i perform the following task: • Support Executive Board regarding the administration, planning, budget and finance of the company. • Cashflow Management: Manage Billing and Collection. Design and Implementation Billing and Collection’s Strategies. • Procurement Management: Payment and Expense Management (Services and Good providers, Taxes, etc. Inventory Management • Internal Audit of the Financial Management tools. Billing and Expense Reconciliation • Process Improvement: Department Creation. Optimization of human resource management. Implementation of New technologies and automation orientated to finance and administration. • Budgeting and Planification: Planning and examination of Business and Engineering Projects. Prepare budget and perform periodic health reviews. • Reporting: Elaborate Decision-making Report, preparation of management reports and KPI to control management. Analysis and Detection of deviation and red flags. • Financial and Administrative Assistance to other company departments, to help in the daily task and enhance their performance. • People Management: Team leadership and building. Internal KPI and performance review. Counseling. Hiring. • People and Payroll: Onboarding and termination, wages, commissions, bonuses, PTO and Benefits. I successfully established the Administration and Finance department from the ground up, defining roles and optimizing resources to drive efficiency. This initiative reduced Accounts Receivables over 90 days from 30% to under 5%, and over 60 days from 70% to 25%. Billing processes were automated, cutting processing time from 7 days to 1. Additionally, I implemented a comprehensive client onboarding process, creating a strategic database that helped retain $30k in revenue. Each installation was managed as a project, ensuring detailed margin analysis and proactive risk mitigation before execution.

Senior Project Manager

Working under the Tax Mobility practice, my job was to accomplish successful Project handover within budget, business goals, client satisfaction and SOW. • Global Offices Coordination to ensure Service provisioning. • Account Financial Management & Reporting (SAP). • Budgeting & Financial Health Review with focus on risk mitigation and saving opportunities. • Service Billing & Reconciliation • Team Performance Management & Overseeing (Scrum Master & Agile Techniques) • Design of Service Delivery Strategies • Create, implement, and improve workstreams and digital tools. • Customer Experience Management with Feedback-based Planification. • Periodical Performance Reviews with Leadership team. • Service Offering Support for prospect client Among the key successes during this period was preparing a new team to support a new country and expand our services to a new region. This involved a dual task: transferring knowledge to implement the new tools that would enable service delivery while actively communicating with clients to demonstrate the value of our offering. As a result, we successfully penetrated several locations in the new country. Additionally, I led standardization processes that allowed projects to run autonomously or with minimal involvement, increasing profitability by reducing time and resources needed. In one particular project, I turned a $100k deficit into a break-even point. This experience also deepened my understanding of the company's financial tools, enabling me to identify data errors that impacted estimates. Thanks to this discovery, we were able to raise timely alerts and correct the issue before implementing the tools for new clients in the region.

Provision of Administrative support to the Alumni, focusing on student satisfaction and quality. • Request analysis and solution on a Ticket based system • Revision and Control of Documents for processing. • Classes’ Schedule design based on multiple considerations • Event Organization • Support for Queries vias E-Mail, Phone & On-site • Review and Implement new processes for improve customer service. One of the key achievements in this role was a more subjective measure: the satisfaction of students and faculty with the quality of my service. A survey revealed that 80% of students preferred to come during my office hours due to higher resolution rates, effective communication, and the assistance provided. Additionally, I digitized the credit system, eliminating the need to access physical student files. Instead, an Excel-based application allowed credit inquiries to be resolved in seconds, whereas previously it could take up to 24 hours depending on the availability of files and administrative staff.
