1.Real time monitoring of the More Credit server on Grafana tools and capturing service down time. 2: Escalating and follow up on captured issues to the concerned resolving team. 3: Carrying out routine test on the service to ascertain loans are granted and Reconciled accordingly. 4: Troubleshooting cases of inability to use the service to provide data and analysis for better service delivery. 5: Participation in both internal and external presentations also online testing activities if required. 6: Record keeping and resolving of incident tickets. 7: Provision of hourly update on Transactional performance to the team to ensure orderly transition from one shift to the other. 8. Ensuring user queries are captured, validated and resolved. 9. Proper compilation of daily activity to ensure smooth handover
