Lead Data Analyst

I have built the data analytics environment in our company using the following tools: Google BigQuery, Python, SQL, Google Data Studio. I use Python scripts to get data from our internal database, preprocess it and then transfer it to Google BigQuery. Based on BigQuery tables, I build analytical reports using Data Studio viewer. These reports allow managers to see various metrics of business, such as: sales dynamics, current turnover and profit, comparison of data with the previous periods, prediction of metrics for the future periods. In addition, I developed an alert system that allows me to warn managers in time automatically about problems with sales or a drop of conversion metric in each of the selected business segments. This solution allows us to respond to emerging problems on our projects in time. In this case I use some Machine Learning techniques. Finally, I am the Product Owner of a system that was created in our company to provide all of our electronic product catalogues with prices and content. I developed the logic of this system, so I'm in charge of what features we must have in this system and how all the features connect together inside the MCF. The system has its own API, with the help of which external projects can take the content they need. I use this API to import all our online catalogues into BigQuery tables so I can monitor the status of all our stores online. The presence of catalogue data in BigQuery allows me to use a Python script to train every day a Machine Learning model, which provides a service for determining a product category by its name. I wrote a small API using the Flask API that can take a json file with a list of product names and return the same list with predicted category name for almost all items in the list.
