IBM | Feb 2023 - Dec 2023

Senior Business Technology Leader & Engagement Manager, Client Engineering, Technology Sales

IBM is a multinational technology company with 282K+ employees and $61.86B in revenue in 2023. During this time, I played a key role in accelerating client transformations by integrating IBM’s technologies into their processes, addressing business gaps, and promoting sustainable growth. I developed 8+ MVPs and implementation roadmaps with the consulting team, allowing us to deliver significant cost savings to our Fortune 500 clients in travel, transportation, and retail. As a result, I’ve generated multimillion dollars in tech sales for IBM. Additionally, I led and motivated cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture to ensure both client objectives and IBM’s sales targets were achieved. Providing thought leadership to IBM teams and partners, I drove consistent 8 figures in B2B sales in Gen AI, business automation, data integration, analytics, and cloud platforms. This allowed me to achieve a 90% performance bonus for 2 consecutive years. By analyzing customer needs and recommending aligned technology solutions, I opened new sales opportunities for IBM. I led client engineering initiatives, leveraging industry insights to enhance IBM Technology's impact on solving customer challenges.

IBM | Jul 2021 - Jan 2023

Analytics Team Lead, Center of Excellence (CoE) for Sales Digital Transformation, Digital Sales

In this capacity, I developed and implemented a data automation and visualization framework that standardized data across the digital buyer's journey and enhanced decision-making insights. I also established success metrics for 5+ digital transformation products, including an automated self- serve portal, pricing estimator, and e-commerce marketplace, which served as benchmarks for performance and customer satisfaction. Following the launch of these products, my data-driven GTM strategy recommendations led to a 20% increase in front-of-funnel traffic, a 25% reduction in bounce rate, an 8% improvement in MQL to SQL conversion rates, and multimillion dollars in revenue. By conducting a comprehensive funnel analysis to identify and address drop-off points, I significantly improved website UX, operational processes, and overall conversion rates, directly impacting the success of IBM's digital sales transformation.

IBM | Apr 2019 - Jun 2021

Senior Product Manager & Strategic Design Lead, Chief Analytics Office

In my role, I’ve driven 9 figures in annual revenue by integrating AI/ML/NLP models into key sales tools, which improved our processes such as lead qualification and customer interactions. I led the development of AI-powered recommender systems, delivering insights that enabled IBM sellers to enhance their sales strategies. Additionally, I secured significant funding by presenting AI product designs and solution architectures to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, HR, and other departments, fostering strong relationships. I spearheaded the development and launch of a Territory Prospecting tool on Tableau CRM, using 4 ML models and 50+ data sources, which was highly adopted by IBM sellers companywide. Subsequently, we were able to generate billions in revenue. Furthermore, I managed a high-visibility HR transformation project using GenAI to empower employees and improve hiring processes. Employing Agile/Scrum methodologies, I leveraged new data sources and user feedback to enhance product features, optimizing performance and user experience.
