Developed and built a Convenience ROI Model in BI to analyse and quantify the performance of the field team, incorporating value generated, costs, and potential opportunities for the team. • Developed and optimized a BI-based Product Availability Report, incorporating Sales, Inventory, and Forecasting data, as well as selfbuilt parameters to ensure adjustments for unique SKU & Store behaviour • Automated tasks using BI to increase efficiency, reliability, and reduce workload (Retail Alchemy Field Value Audit and Cereal ROI) • Identified and resolved operational flaws in the Supply Chain Smart Availability Solution, leading investigations in coordination with the Data Science Team and Operations Team, resulting in improved functionality of the product and increased credibility with the client • Serve as the go-to resource for colleagues seeking assistance with BI, particularly when conducting analysis using large data sets
