Head of Zeropark Ad Exchange

After structural changes in Zeropark I was offered to manage a newly-created division in Zeropark called Ad Exchange, which was responsible for sustaining and growing the Domain and Pop inventory (~60% of revenue). I managed to train several teams and lead them towards reverting the downwards trend from the last several years. - Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zeropark Ad Exchange, ensuring alignment with business goals and leveraging data management best practices to create high-impact solutions. - Lead cross-functional teams in product development, collaborating with engineering, data analytics, and UX/UI teams to deliver scalable, data-driven products that meet customer and market needs. - Oversee data governance and data quality initiatives, implementing standards that ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all product solutions. - Analyze and interpret market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for data management innovation, translating insights into actionable product features and enhancements. - Optimize product performance through data-driven KPIs and metrics, continuously assessing product success and iterating on improvements that align with user needs and drive growth.

Noticing the need of structured and readable data flow within the product, I persuaded the Governance to change a structure and create a separate team for all kinds of analytics under my supervision.
