Supported in the successful launch of Green Flag's own patrol fleet of roadside technicians aimed at revolutionising the way Green Flag delivers assistance to motorists. This included developing the Green Flag Patrol performance dashboard which was put forward for a Data IQ award under the 'Transformation with Data' category, and utilising data to roadmap the locations for the first 6 iterations of the patrol within the UK.
