Software Developer

Software developer at IBM Portugal's Cognitive Factory. Leading the creation and development of a new cloud-based Machine Learning platform that will power all the Cognitive Factory's solutions. Assisting in the planning phase of new features for our products, mainly the RPA tool and chatbot platform. Giving support to our RPA and Chatbot delivery teams that work daily with our solutions to help some of IBM Portugal's clients in their digital transformation journey.
