Data Analyst

• Perform exploratory data analysis on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics GP, PrismHR data to build visualizations using ggplot2/tidyverse/plotly. Feature Engineering over 100+ variables in Salesforce, present final findings using Tableau or SSRS • Maintain and transform raw data in SQL with end-to-end ETL methodology using landing/staging/production compartments. Managing over 75+ jobs and feeds – improving data quality and sustaining one centralized Data Warehouse • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards. Used to visualize new clients, employee count, salesperson gains/losses, salesforce counts, SUI, WC domains, displaying YoY margins that provided insight and improved ranking of clients from most to least profitable • Complete weekly ad hoc reports for department managers to assist in payroll, benefit plan renewals and accounting profit loss reconciliation reports using SSRS and SQL • Executed a company-wide internal time-tracking system by organizing demo sales calls, researching potential vendors, and orchestrating sandbox environments. Initiated an automated method to track active work time within Salesforce – creating new KPI metrics to improve duration measures which resulted in achieving better client report cards and assessment to find our top gainers. • Lead monthly status meetings and update executives on monthly progress, deadlines, ad-hoc requests follow-ups, and future projects. • Organize and conduct routine server updates and contract renewals for Tableau. Coordinate with managers and seniors to discuss potential licensing upgrades and negotiations. • Implement Python script using the win32, datetime and os library that automates grabbing attachments of flat csv files from outlook and run data schedules using .bat commands for automating 15% of ETL feeds.

I was privileged enough to work under the AmeriCorps Summer Bridge program again for the summer of 2016. I served as a VISTA from May 2016 to August 2016 • Coordinated a self-budgeting lesson plan for high school freshmen • Integrated a Mock Career Fair and Mock Interview for high school freshmen • Arranged individual meetings with over 30 students with their academic progress • Tutored and assisted the Summer Bridge Algebra course • Taught students basic concepts of Mathematics • Supervised after-school community service campus clean up programs
