I worked as a Data Analyst, also being involved in Data Engineering activities, supporting different areas of the group in organizing, analyzing, and delivering information for decision-making. I was responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of data used in reports, analyses, and dashboards. On a daily basis, I monitored and maintained data loading pipelines, ensuring that information was correctly processed and stored in the Data Warehouse and BigQuery. I analyzed failures in data processes, adjusted SQL queries, and tracked changes in source tables, ensuring the continuity of pipelines and the reliability of information. I also contributed to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards and KPIs in Tableau, addressing requests from different business areas. I developed custom SQL queries to meet needs not covered by standard ERP reports, organizing data for consumption in tools such as Google Sheets, BigQuery, and Tableau, always focusing on clarity and ease of use for end users. In addition, I supported data structuring following best practices, helping to organize information into data layers and contributing to a more efficient and standardized analytics environment. I provided support to internal users in understanding data and KPIs, assisting with metric validation, clarifying questions, and adjusting reports according to business needs. The work was carried out in a collaborative, agile-driven environment, with tasks organized by demand, continuous tracking of activities, and frequent deliveries, while maintaining constant communication with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
