At Tapi I review in-house processes to identify potential weak points and ways to improve efficiency, with a focus on enhancing communication and transparency between teams. In practice, this includes updating systems at an admin level, coordinating meetings between internal and external partners, and creating company policies and cloud-based automations. I use this position to head up sustainability projects and work toward a sustainable level of daily procedures.

government. During my two years in this program I lived one year in the coastal community of Reque, and one year in the mountain community of Huari. In both locations I worked with local community groups on environmental management projects such as compost and vermiculture workshops, establishing a sustainable tree nursery, and recycled art projects. I also frequently gave presentations to schools, government groups, and non profit organizations on the subjects of waste management, climate change, reforestation, and renewable energy. I did all of this while navigating local bureaucratic processes in a second language.
