• Manage workflow through ticket logging and different sprint boards related to the different stages of the development cycle • Working alongside the development team to investigate and resolve software defects and implement enhancements • Involved in the QA testing process from creating and running test cases on Qase.io for regression & functional testing of applications and interfaces • Compile various business and operations required data extracts on MySQL databases using SQL Server Database Management (SSMS) utility • Manage database and application integrity and infrastructure in the Google Cloud Platform, on Linux based servers • First point of contact for different booking channels, channel managers, and agents wanting to integrate into the HTI CRS systems. • Assist 3rd party developers with integration queries related to XML message formats, message process flow and communication protocols (based on OTA and HTNG standards) • Update technical specification and implementation documentation for all HTI interfaces • Participate with SCRUM, KanBan and Agile methodologies

• Implement, install and provide training various hotel & hospitality based software products including property management systems, point of sale systems, and central reservations systems. • Liaise with clients regarding new API/ADS channel integrations for their eRes central reservations system and assist with the configuration process. • Apply knowledge and qualifications in the Hospitality sector to understand the unique requirements of each client’s operation. • Key Account Management with high level hospitality groups. Providing regular feedback and scheduling onsite meetings and courtesy calls to keep the client informed and happy during the client success journey. • Quality control with regards to logging product bugs and enhancements through various escalation channels, forms and processes. • Travel regularly and interact with a diverse array of staff members who have various levels of computer and systems knowledge and may require unique training methods. • Time management and organisational skills required to control the work load and training conducted whilst on site. • Complete reports and documentation relating to the installation and training conducted on-site. • Support clients in the support department with various queries and concerns on the systems. • Provide client relations and relay with various departments and managerial levels on how the software can improve operations and productivity in the business • Assist with logging bugs and faults in the system with an internal escalation process. • Receive periodic training on software improvements and upgrades. Provide in-house or onsite training with clients on these software improvements and upgrades.
