In my role as Team Lead, I am responsible for supervising metadata management, collaborative data cleaning, and research activities related to public/government data. I work with a diverse and skilled team, and together, we undertake a variety of important tasks: • Discovering, transforming, and cleansing publicly available datasets to maintain high data quality and accuracy. • Creating comprehensive data dictionaries that improve understanding and accessibility of the information. • Facilitating the process of submitting RTIs (Right to Information) to the Government of India, which is essential for obtaining relevant data. • Standardizing datasets to ensure seamless interoperability and integration across different systems. • Validating datasets to verify their accuracy and reliability.
