· Processed and analyzed data from 20+ company entities for system development needs. · Conceptualized 50+ user requirement information into Business Requirement Document (BRD). · Developed and tested 90+ case scenarios to ensure system compatibility with business requirements. · Identified, reported, and collaborated with developers on the issues from 3 systems to be resolved to achieve user satisfaction with system performance. · Created 40+ system usage and operations manuals to properly guide users in operating the system. · Trained over 1000+ users from 20+ company entities to give knowledge about system usage and operations, divided into three roles: requestor, service desk, and fulfiller.
