Data Analyst

o Perform data cleaning using Excel, data normalization, and consolidation from MS Access. o Extracted data from the database, cleaned, manipulated using Excel and Python, and created a VBA code to mass covert the data into an XML file to upload the data on a website. o Extracted data from various databases to assess the risk and developed a dynamic spreadsheet with VBA code that analyzes the security classes and visualizes the data. o Proficient in data gathering methodologies, auditing, and analysis. o Write SQL queries to extract the required data from the database.

International Admissions Services Advisor

o Developed a desktop application using React, Tailwind, and Typescript to self-check-in documents from students by swiping their student cards in the MSR card reader. o Statistically analyzed international grading systems and figured out a Cum GPA calculation. o Developed a VBA Excel-based custom mail merge solution for daily generating admission acceptance letters. That helped streamline the process and save time by a factor of 3. o Analyzed and cleaned multi-year data, leveraging Excel and Tableau to visualize student deferral applications, helping improve the deferral process. o Developed power Queries to pinpoint matching data between two sheets, enabling visualization in a third sheet to efficiently identify duplicates and streamline applicant test score uploads. o Implemented VBA Excel code that analyzes the applicant’s GPA summaries and generates the scholarship amount the applicant has received; this helped the immigration team in creating I-20 letters.
