- Prepare and manage Affirmative Action Plans, Veterans 4212 reports, and EEO-1 reports for over 50 clients. - Maintain client relationships through clear and consistent communication. - Track the client’s government compliance for AAP, EEO-1, and Veterans 4212 reporting to ensure that the attorneys are aware of any additional support that the client may be in need of. - Review and provide feedback to the client on ways that their information systems can be improved to better support their affirmative action plans and business processes. - Responsible for being aware of any changes made to AAP, EEO-1, and Veterans 4212 reporting requirements to ensure that all reporting is in compliance.

- Created automated campaign reporting that provided leadership with real-time insights. - Responsible for creating and maintaining all reports and 10 datasets for the organization, as well as the creation of marketing lists. - Responsible for providing training and support for our CRM (Dynamics 365) and other Microsoft applications as needed. - Used SharePoint List and Power Automate to create a new process for grant tracking that reduces the amount of administrative time spent. - Created reporting for the Community Impact team through the use of Bing Maps and Census APIs to provide this department with helpful insights into where aid would have the greatest impact in the community.

Business Intelligence Specialist

- Decreased the amount of administrative time spent formatting and uploading upgrade enhancements by 348 hours by automating several parts of the Solution Currency process in Microsoft Power Automate. - Completed several projects that aided in the improvement of ClientWorks Solution Management’s team communication, such as the Kudos newsletter, the Ambulatory Domains SharePoint site, a consolidated operations newsletter, and an external ClientWorks SharePoint site. - Created the Kudos Newsletter, an associate appreciation newsletter, in the middle of the pandemic to boost morale and improve associates’ mental health. - Responsible for managing and updating over 26 different PowerBI reports and two datasets. - Responsible for managing, compiling, and releasing all communication documents for code upgrades. - Responsible for uploading all code and model enhancements for the ClientWorks Solution Management team for each domain, which helps with aligning our department with Cerner's mission of keeping clients current. - Fixed a mapping issue in JIRA (an issue tracking software), that corrected 22,000 business-wide issues, resulting in an organizational excellence award. - Created dashboards in JIRA and PowerBI to track KPIs for the ClientWorks Solution Management team. These are used to communicate departmental performance to stakeholders, as evidence for resource requests, and everyday operational reporting.
