Subscriber base analyze: Usage, Revenue, Migration, Gross, Churn. Customer base and revenue models developing. Built forecasting model using parameters, trend lines, and reference lines (BUD & FCs). Redesigned forecasting model: regional strategy with multilevel customers’ segmentation; simplification to accelerate the updating from quarterly to monthly. Created a model for prioritizing the construction of fiber. The model helped optimize the process of selecting districts/cities for new construction, which reduced CAPEX.
