sensor user interface intern

• Resolved critical firmware bugs, ensuring continuous sensor data acquisition. June-July 2025 • Developed core logic for movement detection in a kettle, achieving < 50 ms read latency for data transmission using open source tools such as MQTT. • Prepared design and manufacturability recommendations for integrating the sensor suite into commercial kettles using a clip.

MSc Individual Project – Measuring Boot-Surface Interactions in Football (Sponsored by PUMA

• Investigated football boot–turf interaction using Vicon motion capture, high-speed video, and force platforms to improve mechanical test bio fidelity • Designed athlete testing protocols and analysed GRFs and pressure data using MATLAB and Python • Applied statistical techniques such as Wilcoxon and ANOVA tests to identify significant performance differences. • Delivered safety and performance insights through a Python notebook with clear visualizations.
