The tools include SmartStore-virtual reality tool designed to transform in-store testing, EyeTracker-an eye tracking tool to analyze where and how long customers look at things in their shopping journey, SmartTracker-the tool utilize bluetooth signal to count how long and where customers spends their time in a particular store environment. • Led a local market launch of SmartStore solution in a press conference. This tool help retailers and manufacturers evaluate retail concepts. The solution brought in more than $50,000 in revenue in Thailand. • Collaborate with teams from Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam to gather requirements and develop an unattended robot to automate survey assignment process, saving over $5,000 per year. • Managed deployment of two new survey platforms replacing current platform, saves over $15,000 in annual license fees.
