Sales Force Automation Intern

Deploy & Adjust Target List Automation (TLA) System & Process - Define 50+ test cases and back-and-forth to vendors for features fit with business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders such as Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Sales, and Vendors to propose and align on TLA system enhancements. - Roll out new system (TLA) for 250+ users and maintain system by updating new features for future requirements. Manage TLA System Data & Workflow Process - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency between TLA and Salesforce system by data extract, data processing, data validation using SQL, Excel, Power Query for semi-automation tasks. - Create Dashboard & Report from Data Warehouse (TLA / Salesforce system) - Support data-driven decision making by developing Target List dashboard, helping SFE team in monitoring sales operation of MR on Ethical channel. - Provide essential data for stakeholders by request using SQL Server for data extraction. - Automate creating report with Power Pivot, helping MKT in tracking overview covered hospitals, doctors in Vietnam. Operation, Help-Desk Support - Provide training and guidance to sales team, enable them to use SFA systems effectively.

KPIs and incentive calculation analysis - Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales Manager to identify critical business needs (incentive metrics, design dashboard) and data sources. - Calculate incentive schemes using automation tools (Excel, Power Query) to enhance performance analysis.
